Does a kitchen refit need a CILA or SCIA in Modena?

It depends what changes — services, walls, layout. A qualified professional assesses the filing against the rules and the RUE; we build in line with it.

Can I choose the brands and finishes (Kerakoll, Mapei, Fassa Bortolo)?

Yes: the quote names materials and certified equivalents. For adhesives, grouts and tanking we often work with Kerakoll and Mapei systems, and Fassa Bortolo products where suitable.

How we work, from the first visit to handover

A kitchen renovation is mainly about correct systems and sequencing.

We work across Modena and the province with tailored logistics.

Where we work

Central Modena (Via Emilia, Viale Amendola, Quartiere Musicisti, Piazza Roma area), Sassuolo, Carpi, Formigine, Castelfranco Emilia, Vignola, Spilamberto, Maranello, Rubiera, Mirandola, Pavullo nel Frignano, and other municipalities in the province.

Permits and responsibility

Work is planned to comply with the current municipal building code (RUE) of the Comune di Modena and national rules (D.P.R. 380/2001). Permits and filings remain with your qualified surveyor or architect; on site we execute what is approved, with surveys that support inspections and handover.

The work

What the work looks like

A marble-effect slab worktop and splashback above base units — Slab splashback and a continuous worktop: fewer joints and easier to keep clean.

A completed kitchen with tall oven housings and a timber ceiling — A kitchen completed after services, tiling and lighting were renewed.

In detail

Neighbourhoods, apartment blocks, permits and timings

We use professional installation systems and clear specifications.

Filings (CILA/SCIA) remain with your qualified technician; we build accordingly.

We keep documentation organised for smooth admin handling.

Services and safety: a modern kitchen, running costs and compliance

A kitchen means water, gas where present, electricity and ventilation: getting the provision right cuts faults and future work. We coordinate the trades with the builder's work so every stage can be checked before the walls close.

Modena and province: old town sites, apartment blocks and houses

Around the Duomo and Piazza Grande, and along the Via Emilia, access and delivery windows differ from the residential quarters (Buon Pastore, Crocetta, Musicisti). We plan protection and logistics accordingly, out to Sassuolo, Carpi, Formigine, Castelfranco Emilia, Vignola, Spilamberto, Maranello and Rubiera.
