Laying properly: substrate, flatness and the details large formats need
Quality here is not only how it looks: it is substrate preparation, the right adhesive and correct curing times. In bathrooms and kitchens we coordinate tanking and falls (level-access showers) before laying, which is what keeps tiles from lifting and water from getting through.
Site materials and brands: Kerakoll, Mapei, Marazzi and specifications
For laying systems we often work with Kerakoll and Mapei; for ceramics and surfaces, Marazzi comes up depending on your choice. The quote names materials and certified equivalents, so nothing is substituted without being agreed.
