The craft
The person who comes out to survey the job is the same person who runs the site through to handover. One voice for decisions, for surprises, and for dates — not a switchboard passing you to another department.

Where we work
We work where we live: the city of Modena and its province, with neighbouring municipalities assessed case by case. Sassuolo, Carpi, Formigine and the surrounding villages are within the radius where we can be on site the day after a call.
Knowing the area means knowing what is built on it: 1960s apartment blocks, courtyard houses, flats in the historic centre where every job goes through the municipal building regulations. Your surveyor or architect files the paperwork; we build to the approved design and keep both of you up to date.
From site to handover
Every job goes through the same phases, in the same order: open the site, make it safe, do the work, hand it over clean. The scale and the timings change; the sequence does not.

Cover and obligationsIt is a way of working sized for human-scale jobs: flats, houses, offices and small commercial spaces. We would rather turn down work we could not run properly than run it badly.
